Close to a month away from the release of his next feature, HIT- The Third Case, Natural star Nani has hit the ground running with the film’s promotions. In a latest interview, the actor, speaking about the latest instalment in the HIT franchise, said, “The violence part is extreme compared to what we’ve seen in Telugu films but again it’s because of the genre; it’s not just for the sake of violence. It starts off as an investigative thriller but it becomes an Extraction kind of film. The stakes get bigger and bigger. It is the massiest film in the HIT franchise. The earlier films were about who had done it, this one is about how. It’s an interesting setup. The span is much bigger than the earlier films. We have some exciting things which are for theatrical viewing. I hope it works.”

Shedding light about his character Arjun Sarkaar, he added, “He is extremely violent but there’s a purpose behind it. He keeps saying what the purpose is, often. He goes on a date with a girl and says what the purpose is. And the girl gets irritated and leaves. When he goes in a certain direction and he wants to crack it, he genuinely believes there will be collateral damage. And he feels for the bigger purpose it’s ok. We are not justifying it but he’s like that. There are a lot of episodes in the film and he will question his attitude. Is it right or wrong? You will still have a problem with him but not with what he’s working for.”

Written and directed by Sailesh Kolanu who earlier helmed the two instalments, HIT-The Third Case is a Mickey J Meyer musical.
