The trailer of Dhoom Dhaam, fronted by Chetan Krishna and Hebba Patel, was released by the makers on Tuesday and it is all about entertainment, entertainment and entertainment.
A little under two minutes, the trailer opens in a European country where we are introduced to Chetan and Hebba. They are in love but an astrologer (Pridhvi) predicts that their relationship will cause a strife between Chetan and his dad (Sai Kumar). Soon, the trailer cuts to Maheshwara Bhupati (Banerjee), Mahaveda Bhupati (Vinay Varma) and Neelakanta Bhupati (Goparaju Ramana) who wield considerable influence in their village. We are later introduced to Vennela Kishore who is about to wed. Chetan, it appears, arrives at this wedding with an intention to fulfill his mission. A series of comedic bursts take place at the wedding with Vennela Kishore at the centre of things. While the director chooses to keep the plot under wraps, the wedding seems to hold a lot of the story.
Rounding up, the trailer and the events that dot it promise a typical commercial entertainer with an intention to induce non-stop fun over a series of chaotic happenings. Chetan comes across as a confident lad, while the impressive supporting roster is on point. Vennela Kishore, especially, seems to have got a full-length role and as usual it appears that he aced it. The background score by Gopi Sundar is in tune with the demands of the story, while the production values are decent.
Produced by MS Ram Kumar and directed by Macha Saikishore from a script by Gopi Mohan, Dhoom Dhaam, with Mythri Movie Makers as distributors, opens in cinemas on November 8th.
